3. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Socratica a limited license to process, store, and display submitted content to operate and improve the service.

You agree not to misuse the service, abuse API limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use Socratica for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

Paid plans and credits are subject to plan limits and billing terms shown in-app. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once consumed.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
